My Review: Makeup Revolution Redemption Palette
Hello Girls! Today i would be reviewing a Eye Shadow Palette from a very famous cosmetics brand 'Makeup Revolution'. It is Redemption Palette Essential Shimmers..
Makeup Revolution is always known for its outstanding eye shadow palettes. They are always a great quality with amazing pigmentation. Lets see how this Essential Shimmers Palette fared for me!!
First things first, it retails for INR 1200 in India, but i really got this at a great discounted price at Nykaa. For those who does not know, Nykaa is a very famous website for purchasing makeup in India.
About the Product:
My Experience:
Firstly i wish it was a bit more affordable...For me INR 1200 is not a very basic price...It would have been a much better if it was below INR 1000. Anyways considering its quality and color pay off and the brand name it carries, it can be justified after a certain point.
Coming to the pigmentation, most of the colors are well pigmented and gives a beautiful finish. Leaving a couple of shades which did not worked that well for me, rest all are amazing colours with a adequately pigmentation. One or two swipes would be well enough.
I am someone who enjoy wearing shimmer eye shadows in a party but at the same time want the shimmer content in the eye shadow to be on a lesser side....In a simple words i want a matte eye shadow with a little shine in it..And this palette served that purpose for me. The Shimmer Eye Shadows are not overly glittery thus not at all looking cheap.
You can do lot of looks with it with those browns or specially that Golden colour. I love that Gold colour.
This Pallete really helps to get that sophisticated and a smooth finish eye look, which is perfect for any party or outing.
Staying power is in between 5-6 hours.
Overall, if you like some shimmer in your Eye look, this one is a perfect one. It adds glamour yet in a subtle way.

- It contains 12 beautiful shades, ranging from highlighter light shade to dark brown and gun metal shades.

- No Mirror
- Packaging is average Rectangular case with a see through cover. Can be carried while travelling
- It has 14 grams of product
- Texture is finely milled, not at all chalky or cheap
- Smooth texture
- Shimmers content in the color is very balanced, not at all over the top
