Scrubbing or exfoliation is very important step in cleaning your skin. Exfoliation should be done atleast 2-3 times a week, so that your skin is free from any clogged in dirt and oil. Scrubs helps to clean the skin and let it breathe.
There are variety of scrubs available in the market now a days, but whats better than home made natural face scrub. So here it is, a quick and effective DIY Scrub.

  1. 2 tablespoon of Oats
  2. 1 tablespoon curd
  3. 1/2 tablespoon honey (optional for oily skin people)
Benefits of these ingredients:
1. Curd:  Curd or Yogurt contains lactic acid. It has anti fungal properties so helps in reducing acne. Curd has been used from ages to remove pigmentation and tan from the skin. Curd can work wonders in making skin soft and radiant by removing its darkness. It also helps to calm and cool down the skin in summers. It also absorbs the excess oil from the skin making it clean.

 2. Honey: Honey is great way to moisturize your skin leaving it soft and supple. It makes sure that while scrubbing, skin does not become overly dry. It dehydrates the skin to keep it soft.
3. Oats: Oats are great to use as exfoliators. It is great absorbent that sucks all the clogged and excess oil from the skin and thus doing deep cleaning of skin.It helps to get rid of dirt from the clogged pores thus reducing acne, pimples and breakouts.Reduces dead skin cells too.

Mix these well. Scrub it on face for around 5-7 minutes, then wash it off with normal water.
You will find a clean, soft and radiant skin waiting for you.
